My Dog Keiko - Keiko's Adventure

I can not believe that it was year ago, right around this time that we brought Keiko into our house.

Karden and I got up real early that day to take the ferry over to meet Keiko in Horseshoe Bay. The second I held her in my arms she showered me with kisses - we snuck her on the ferry zipped up in my hoodie where she slept, popping her head up ever little while to give me more kisses. At that time we didn’t know what to call her, so we just called her puppy haha.

She was so tiny, and spent most of her time sleeping (she is still good at that). I always regretted not getting more pictures of that first day home, picking her up, the ferry ride, etc.

Of course she got two new toys today a sexy chicken and cute lady bug!

And of course there is LOTS of pictures! We started her day by sleeping in for an extra hour and then eating cookies with pink icing (for dogs!) in bed! She got to open her presents and play with them before work. When I got home we had a fun time playing with them - of course she was spoiled with more cookies and other treats all day. She even had some roast in her dinner - Keiko says she doesn’t feel any older but she is sad that she wont be able to get away with everything now because she is a big girl! haha

Of course we have presents for her, so watch for those pictures!

Yesterday I let Keiko open an early birthday present from Randi, Marc, Zoe, Piper and Fenway. We got lots of super cute photos! And she loves all her toys - thank you so much!

And today Keiko and I took a couple cute pictures, as well she got some new collars from Randi (zoescollection.com) and the package included TWO Strawberry Shortcake collars! Randi and I looked forever for ribbon and finally we found some lanyards that worked to make collars - she also go a beautiful butterfly collar that I adore, and a really cute lady but one.

And we can’t forget, that tomorrow is Miss Keiko’s FIRST BIRTHDAY!
