My Dog Keiko - Keiko's Adventure

I can not believe that it was year ago, right around this time that we brought Keiko into our house.

Karden and I got up real early that day to take the ferry over to meet Keiko in Horseshoe Bay. The second I held her in my arms she showered me with kisses - we snuck her on the ferry zipped up in my hoodie where she slept, popping her head up ever little while to give me more kisses. At that time we didn’t know what to call her, so we just called her puppy haha.

She was so tiny, and spent most of her time sleeping (she is still good at that). I always regretted not getting more pictures of that first day home, picking her up, the ferry ride, etc.

Of course she got two new toys today a sexy chicken and cute lady bug!

I added some pictures today and some the other day as well. I still have some pictures to get thumbnails for so I will be backtracking on posting them in the next couple days.

July 7 - Keiko goes camping and plays with bubbles! (some of my favs!!)



Cloey and Chevy were camping too!

First of all, the June winners were announced over at pamperedpuppy.com today and to my HUGE surprise Keiko won FIRST PLACE!. She is the winner of a dotty blanket - but I will tell you more about that when it arrives.

Also today on Pampered Puppy there was an excellent review for our good friend Randi over at Zoe’s Collection - give it a read.

To celebrate Keiko’s win Keiko and I made her a very fun new layout - it’s something a bit different and has a bit of summery feel to it! Hope you all like it as much as Keiko and I do. And of course, Momo bought Keiko a special flower for her winnings and we took pictures!

I also took a few more photos of Keiko today - just laying around the house.

I posted some photos from earlier in June as well that I missed before. A few from the 11th of Keiko meeting Chevy for the first time. I also posted some from June 2 of Keiko playing with bubbles for the first time! I am sorry that we were on the deck in front of the ugly BBQ - it really takes away from the photos but they are still fun!

It has been a busy day but Keiko and I did not forget… HAPPY BIRTHDAY CANADA!! We tried to be festive, Keiko worse her red and white Valentine’s Day collar all day… close enough right?
